So this is a reletivly quick and simple question but should I buy parts for my computer that I am saving up for if they are on sale or should I buy them all at once?

If it's going to take you more than a few months to buy all parts, I would hold off on Mobo, CPU, GPU. But very universal parts, like, PSU, Case, Ram etc - go ahead and buy.

If you will be purchasing it all within a few months, go for it, use sales.

The one downside, is return policies. 90 days in many places... so..I try to keep it within 90 days.

@matthewmarchant personally, i save as much money as i can and then buy all my parts i need within 4 weeks. you cant control the techworld, prices change and new stuff is coming up pretty quickly. the biggest downside tho is return policies. (as @d3sl91 mentioned).
