Custom resolution

Hi I want to know about custom resolutions. I want to create a custom resolution because when i play games in lower resolution , the games gives me black borders, i have tried every solution there is and it won't help. Basically if i run the game lower than the native resolution (1920x1080) , i get black borders and the only fix is changing your system resolution less than 1920x1080 like 1600x900 and the game will run fine in any resolution (dx9 games work on native resolution though , only dx10 and 11 games have this problem) I don't want to do that , instead i want to create a resolution little bit lower or higher than native and check with that. So which resolutions will be stable for this and won't cause any problems and what are the disadvantages of doing this? Tell me according to the picture that what should I add?

Fill in your Height and Width and for your refresh match your monitors refresh rate. You will just have to play with the under scan percentage. @AliSafdar28

I dont think he has a card. Only integrated
