Windows 8.1 Primary Drive

I installed Windows 8.1 on my SSD, which made it my primary drive. Now, what I try to install anything it automatically defaults to install into the SSD when I want it to be installed on my HDD for mass storage of games and general programs, but it's all going to my SSD. How do I make my HDD my primary drive whilst keeping windows 8.1 on the SSD?

Basically, you're gonna have to change the extension every single time you install something (so instead of C:/Programs/Slick>Linus, it'd be A:/Programs/Slick>Linus or whatever you named your HDD). Also, reroute your documents, pictures, videos, downloads, ect... onto your HDD.
