The specs of the pc:

gtx 660ti
intel i7 3820
16Gb of memory
windows 7
2tb HHD
I already have monitors, os, keyboard and mouse.
I have 300 to spend but I have more only if necessary. I was thinking about getting a new GPU and selling the old GPU then using the money from  selling the GPU to buy a SSD. What should I but to upgrade my system? Thx for the advice!  :)

Definitely get a new GPU, then add an SSD if you want to. Apart from that, nice build :D

What gpu? a 970?

Or this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125499&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=290x. Faster, maybe a little hotter, 4gb of usable ram. A 290 is also pretty much an equivalent of the 970 and those can be had for as low as 240 of the hot deals sub forum.

If you are to going spend about 400 bucks I would recommended a R9 290 and an Samsung 850 Evo ssd.

The 290 is a great and affordable card at the moment, also real 4 GB VRAM may come in handy for more demanding games in the future.
Get an aftermarket version from sapphire they are awesome and reasonable cheap.

But if you need some nvidia only features make sure to get a deal on the Gtx 970. Don't let you bother about the VRAM disaster, it is still an rock solid card unless you are playing at 4k.

If you have the budget get a ssd. It will make your system so much more responsive plus booting and loading times are immensely reduced. I highly recommend the Samsung 850 Evo wich is a reliable and fast drive. However if you can find a great deal on the last gen Samsung 840 Evo this is might be the more appealing solution. Pick the capacity you prefer and you should be good to go!
