This wasn't happening before till yesterday. On boot my keyboard doesn't work till i unplug and replug it.

Normally on boot i get and error "A2" which for my motherboard is that it cant find a proper driver for something normal sata but in my case its the keyboard, to fix this and get around the error i just have to unplug and replug. After i plug it back in it finishes the boot. its really annoying. I have installed all of the drivers for my motherboard but i have not updated the bios because im scared im going to break it.

Windows 8.1..... un-activated because the key i bought doesn't work.
