Problems with Garrys Mod

I get this error  "@ambientfive\construct_tone.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository

Failed to load sound "ambient\construct_tone.wav", file p " and in Multiplayer all the players are invisible any help ? BTW : I have Un-Installed G mod and verified the cache and i have Un-INstalled CS:S and verified the cache and same with TF2.

check the steam forum to see if anyone else is haveing that problem
