Windows updates services not running

 

Windows updates services not running.

 

I did all of what I could think of, I restarted the laptop looked on Microsoft website, they told me to do what was not working in the first place.

 

I do not have The OS Disk its running win 7 home premium 64 bit, I have the disk for win 7 professional 32 bit.
