NZXT Phantom 410 Side Panel Mod

I have a Red NZXT Phantom 410. I am looking to mod the side panel so there would be a bigger glass panel. What would be the easiest way to go about doing it on my own? My main issue is figuring out what to use to cut it, and how to get a clean, straight cut. The problem with cutting it is that the cut won't be on a flat surface. The line where I want to cut it is where the fan mount bumps out a little, and I want the cut to be straight on that line. (Look at pic for clarification).

Another thing: I am also looking into getting a psu cover. Is there any place I can prebuy these, and if not what would be the easiest way to make one myself?

Thanks in advance!

Angle grinder or a jigsaw get a straight peice of wood and use masking tape to tape then put the edge of the jigsaw plate on it and you will cut straight
