reset?

Go to solution Solved by Kiyuubi,

It depends on which option you chose.  If you choose "Refresh your PC without affecting your files", then it leaves your files.  If you choose "Remove everything and reinstall Windows", then that will remove any files, settings, etc.

If you chose the latter, then when you turn it it should be at the setup part where you creat an account, customize settings, and so on

I just went to control pannel and hit reset (with windows re-install disk) and it reset to factory defaults supposodly, but is all my stuff off? Its at a screen that wants me too put a username and password for the computer, but im wondering cuz it still recognized my mouse and keyboard, by that i mean they still work. Opinions? Is it wiped? Im selling it and kinda dont wannt ppl messin with my shiznit.
