Alright here goes my first post......

Roughly two months ago I built my first PC:

i7-4790k CPU

EVGA Gtx 970sc GPU

16gb Corsair Vengence 2400mhz RAM

Asus z97-Pro (WiFi ac) MoBo

BeQuiet Straight power 10 700w PSU

Crucial MX100 256gb SSD (OS)

WD Black 2tb HDD (Storage)

Corsair H105 with Noctua NF-F12s

Asus Bluray drive

Fractal Design Define R4

Windows 7 64bit (Legal copy)

After I put it together it work fine until today, after I played around with the Asus EZ overclocking. Since then whenever I boot it gets stuck on different error codes (04/32/3B/A0/A2/B2/B4) but after resetting a few times I (most of the time) get to the American Megatrends page from where I can get into the Bios and manual boot into Windows (on the SSD). I don't think the overclocking has to do with the errors because i flipped the bios switch (TPU: tpu I II) to a position where everything was still factory settings. Everything I have tried hasn't worked but then again I am pretty much a n00b when it comes to the more in depth computer stuff.

The thing that confuses me is that the PC just boots into Windows after a few resets, this leads me to believe that the issue is not hardware related.

If you clear cmos and run at defaults settings

Does the problem persist?
