AMD Sempron 140 CPU, 4GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT, this thing struggles with CS:GO with models set to medium, lol. I usually get 40-60fps on the lowest settings, BF4 would kill it, lol.

Uh your cpu sucks more than mine.

Start saving up for an new system. Unfortunately BF4 is extremely a CPU-dependant game.
