most silent GPU cooler?

id also like one thats capable of producing good temps for an overclock. so a passive cooler just isnt going to cut it. i just need one quieter than the jet engine for a 6870 xfx sold me :L

Water or the direct CU 2 is pretty quiet and overclocks pretty well.
