[Help] Fraps Bench Reader

I have just try to do some FPS benchmarking for my GTX750ti , I used Fraps to Benchmark, then used Fraps Bench Reader to read Framtime file, at this point I got stuck, I dont know how to read MAX-AVG-MIN FPS in Fraps Bench Reader chart , can you guys explain how this chart show game's FPS, Give me some example

The line that looks like this ------- is the average fps in the chart - just have to read it off the right scale. Max and min isnt a problem either then!

Its mean that i need to guess what is __ __ __ this line gonna be ?

I just confuse how do I get a exact number
