I flip PC's quite often.  Usually older PC's that I can fix up and higher end units.  But I don't get to mess with AMD very much on the CPU side.  Guy is asking $485 for this PC:

AMD FX-8320

Hyper 212

ASrock Extreme 4 990

2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz

240GB Crucial M500

1TB HDD

NZXT Switch 810

HD 6870

Thermaltake 1200W PSU

Windows 8 digital COA.

I was thinking of getting an R9-290 and selling it for 900-1000.  Thoughts?

Intel Core I7-4790K 4.5GHz 1.225V, NZXT Kraken x60 AIO Cooler, EVGA Z97 FTW Board, Kingston Fury 2x8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ram, EVGA GTX 980 TI SC+ ACX GPU, Corsair Air 540 Case w/ 3x120MM & 3x140MM Cougar Red LED Fans, EVGA G1 650W 80+ Gold PSU, Crucial MX100 512GB SSD, Samsung UD590 4k 60Hz Monitor

There are many ambiguous parts, that you didn't state the exact model, so I went with the cheapest one. The build probably costs more than that. This seems to me like too good of a deal to be true. Make sure all parts are working before you buy it.

**NOTE** - According to partpicker, there is an incompatibility with that SSD and mobo. I guess you could remove it and keep it for yourself, or just use it somewhere else.
