My First Build Help!

Hey guys i found out about this on the YouTube channel and i thought that the people in this community would be able to help me out. Im currently trying to build my fist gaming computer. But i have a problem, im a broke ass collage student. I do not have a lot of money to play with at all. This being the case i want to make this a budget build. I already have a couple of systems created on PCPARTPICKER DOT COM. One is an ultra budget build and is mostly complete (although any help with that one is appreciated also). The one i want to build though im having trouble with. I cant get a good gaming CPU at my price point. Im working with  budget of around $400 max. I know its not alot of money but i dont plat bug AAA games, mostly small indie games. Ill link both of my build down below.

PHANTOM MENACE *this is the one i want badly to build. Every part i can change out aslong as it sticks with a white and black color style.

With the Phantom build i need help with the mother board and the cpu mainly. Im open to any suggestions though.

I tried messing about and seeing what I can do...

It's an okay build, tiny bit over budget. But would be better I think than your ultra budget... 

 

Make changes as you wish. I was trying to find good deals and if it doesnt look how youll want it with the black and white scheme you can try change that.

Hey thanks xSpaceSheepy1 that will work. The only thing i already have a hard drive from an older (circa 2012 computer) so idk if the whole 1TB HDD is necessary completely. But like i said im not totally sure what im doing lol!!

I guess you can save a bit more on the hard drive then. But the hard drive I put in the recent PCPartPicker has a better deal than the one you had before. 

 

If you need any help or confused on things I might be able to help. I'm not an expert but I've been finding out a lot on this forums.

I actually did have a question on the GPU i put on in the build. I was wondering what is a decent GPU that i can use on a budget!
