Random system reserved partion?

Turns out I can just delete the partion (derp) and its gone!

It was left over from a previous installation (which was one of the reasons of reinstalling), is it necessary to get rid of it, and if so how can I remove it?

No. You have to leave it unless you want to reinstall Windows, as that contains files necessary for system startup, such as the BOOTMGR file.

EDIT: Which System Reserved partition are you talking about?

 

The one on the 1TB HDD, it was left over and is not being used.

No, it was just a storage drive that was accidentally installed in the system on my previous Windows installation. Without that drive, windows would not boot because the system reserved partion was on it  (which is what I want to remove)
