Ok so I am new to picking pc parts and I need some help with picking  the graphics card I was going to get a GTX 970 but its a little out of my price range I am looking for a graphics card around $200 no more than $250 I would like it to run most games at medium to high settings.I am not a fan boy of nvidia or amd i just want it to run most of the games I play.

960 or R9 285

Personally, I would go for the 960 because Shadowplay. :))

But in the US, it seems that you can find R9 280x for cheapzz there...
