My computer is making a crackling noise, its coming from around the CPU area, I looked around and some people who were experiencing the same problem said it was the CPU fan, I have a liquid cooled computer, not sure if they function the same and can make the same noises like that, either way I included a youtube video so you can listen to it.

So does that mean I should replace it?

You can try shaking the unit to remove any potential bubbles. If that doesn't solve the issue (assuming that's even it...what else could be it be in that area?) then yeah, you might consider replacing it.

Ok well do you or anyone have any recommendations to getting a new one? I dont know too much about replacing these, I bought it from a company that customs builds computers about 5 years ago. Is something like this good enough? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010Anything I should look out for? Already have some arctic paste on its way, I was told it couldnt hurt to replace that to help with performance since its that old.
