Yes you will be able to max out settings. Although depending on game optimizations I won't guarentee you'll achieve 144FPS-24/7 @ 1440p.. (ex: Crysis 3 won't inspire confidence for me to see it at 144hz/max settings @1440p with 970s x2 Lol..But that's the old un-optimized code's fault!) Aside from that you will be able to max out most things with buttery-smooth frame rates! enjoy!!

 

-I myself am actually waiting for the 4k IPS RoG Swift Asus unveiled at CES.

Thank you for suggestion. I dont really like 4K. I am deciding between rog swift and lg 34um95.
