My pc wont start

Sorry if i posted it in wrong sub .
so , this morning my pc turned off two times for no reason ,  i tought it was heating , so i went out cleaned it , when i tryed to turn it on it started beeping, so i swap my ram , then when i turn it on there is part of my screen pic related (http://i.imgur.com/B0J5Oe9.jpg), and it wont turn on , i tought it was graphics card , so i put other gpu , and its still the same , help guys , sorry for bad english , GODBLESYAALL

did you use caned air? and was there allot of dust?

I think you messed up your motherboard 

I get this same issue all the time at work ( HP service Tech)

it happend this to me one time my cpu Overheat cuz my nail cutter was in the heat sink fan for some reason maybe its your cpu temp too
