Hi all,

Im looking into a GTX 660 and I was hoping to get a card with a Refernce PCB as they are easier to get waterblocks for. Im not planning on watercooling right away but nice to know I have the option and I know some blocks are made for non reference cards but thats seems too complicated to look into. But as it turns out making sure a card has a reference PCB aint exactly easy either.

I thought id found one with the EVGA GTX 660 2gb and it is a reference card from what I can tell only problem is the location of the pci-e power connector. So im wondering is the connector in the same place on every card?

Also can you offer any suggestions for a 600 series card that isnt reference but has a full waterblock (no universals) for it and has the power connector closer to end of the card (or better yet on the end of the card).

Thanks

a 660 is like $190, and the 760 is $250

Also, why are you buying a waterblock for a low-mid range card? You won't get much performance out of it like you would overclocking a CPU, it's generally a waste of money.

I would just get a non-reference card with a good cooler
