Phanteks Enthoo Pro panel clip replacement?

Would it be possible to buy a panel clip replacement for the Phanteks Enthoo pro?

My case came in today and one of the clips for the front panel was broken before I even got to it.

 

This causes half of the front panel to be loose.

 

 

The thing itself is a small piece of plastic (I really would have expected it to be metal but meh..), and I'm not sure if Phanteks would even consider replacing it due to how petite the thing is.

I would buy one somewhere if I can find it but I'd highly doubt it.

 

Should I contact Phanteks support? Nay or yay?

Their support seems to be taking their time.

They seemed to take a little bit on the responses, but if your experience is anything like mine, you should have a new front panel in the mail soon. :P

I had holes that were drilled crooked on my PH-TC14PE, and I called Phanteks Support, was directed to fill out the support request form online, and within 2 hours of my first call, they had the replacement part I needed in the mail. They're good.

 

I called on a Friday afternoon too.

Wut... I contacted NZXT about a replacement front panel on my H440 (yes, the entire panel), and all they requested was proof of purchase and within 10 days a new panel was at my doorstep waiting, completely FREE OF CHARGE! :) Phanteks must be sleeping or what...

They just got back to me and said the parts will be in next week, and because I waited so long they are throwing in an extra 140mm fan.
