browser problem!

whenever i watch a video in any internet browser,when the video starts it okay! but it's quality is low, so i set it to 360p+ but as i set 360p+ there occurs a problem! the video gets tooooooo..... damn slow!! i mean the sound goes perfect( the sound comes first in the video and the video comes last!) i mean to say, if u say something in video like...... hi! that sound(hi) will come but the video showing hi comes after 15-20seconds!!!!! it's not 4-5!! it's goddamn 15-20 seconds!!! please help me out!

 

it not only happens in videos , it alo happens when i open a new tab( i move the mouse, but the mouse pointer moves after 15-20 seconds!) help needed! and please don't tell to reinstall, i've done it 4 times on each browser!

Can you tell me the specifications of your computer? 

Also, apart from re-installing the browsers could you try reinstalling Adobe Flash Player - http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If reinstalling flash doesn't work try disabling hardware acceleration. Right click on the video > settings > first tab > uncheck "enable hardware acceleration".
