Use USB headphones with an android phone?

Pervy

Does anyone know if I can use USB headphones with an Android phone somehow? I was looking at USB to 3.5mm converters but they're all for cars, idk if they work with phones.

I have the Moto G and I know it has USB OTG and everything so would I be able to get something like a USB 2.0 to micro USB converter and listen to my music that way?

Edit: These are the car ones I was looking at, think it will work?

You can try using OTG, but the support for USB soundcards is very hit and miss with android.

Yeah I feel like it's kind of risky since I don't know if it will support it without special drivers.

Thanks I meant the headphones are standard USB type A

in that case i think usb A to micro USB and use the chrarging port would work

I read that when you do that it works but only barely since there's not dedicated support for the sound card. There's a lot of stuttering while listening.

I believe they will with an OTG cable considering you can even use an Xbox 360 controller with one of those.  I can't be 100% sure, as I'm not sure if Android will recognize it as an audio device, however it should work.
