Hey guys, this is my first post on here and I need help with which motherboard to go for since I am upgrading my computer, new CPU, GPU and Motherboard and looking to do some mild overclocking at some point in the future.

I am upgrading from an AMD Phenom 2 x4 965 BE, Foxconn A7DA-S 3.0 motherboard, XFX HD6850 and would like someone to have a quick look at this before I buy the new parts in 2 weeks.

Upgrades:

CPU: i5 3570k - http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/Intel+Core+i5-3570K+3.40GHz+%28Ivy+Bridge%29+Socket+LGA1155+Processor+-+Retail+?productId=49755

GPU: Most likely to be a GTX 770 ASUS DirectCU 2

Mobo: MSI B75A-G43 gaming http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/MSI+B75A-G43+Gaming+Intel+B75+%28Socket+1155%29+ATX+Motherboard+?productId=55131

If anyone can find a better motherboard for under £100 that would be great, can be a little bit over 100.

I would change the board to a Asus P8Z77-V LK or a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H because the motherboard that you have chosen will not allow you to overclock your cpu. All your other parts are pretty good.
