Xenon Light Tubes

So to be perfectly honest, I have no idea where to put this, so I'll put it in the safest place I can, off topic!

Does anyone know where to buy a xenon tube for a strobe light? I got a Techno Strobe Lite model 1821 in a box of electronic junk that somebody gave me, but the light's totally dead, and I'd like to buy another one. I've looked around on Amazon, but I can't to seem to find any that really look like this one. I was thinking maybe they'd have them at RadioShack or Walmart (in the car section). Any ideas?

Yeah, I might have to try that. It's really weird, though I'm not sure the third (middle) wire does anything... It looks like it's just attached to the outside of the tube.
