Different mobo. Voltage might not be going through right, which might be causing the system to freeze after a while. It's the only thing I could think of atleast, if it isn't the hdd, ram or GPU. One last thing you could try, though, is taking out your GPU and run your PC without it for a while and see if your system still freezes.

i dont have another mobo but i my pc has been working for at least 5 hours now
