During that screen where it asks you to pick a drive to install there should be an advanced button. Check it then delete all partitions on that disk, format, then select for installation.

I need help, installing windows 7 on a new pc and it says Windows cannot be installed on this disk

The selected disk has an Mbr partition table. On efi systems, Windows can only be installed to gpt disks

How to u make it so I can install windows 7
