WIndows 7 black screen

Here are my PC specs

 

CPU: AMd FX 4130

MOBO: Gigabyte 990FXA UD3

GPU: MSI GTX 770

HDD:Seagate Baracuda 1Tb

 

I don't believe other things are important but I will add them if someone needs to help me.\

 

I am currently running Windows 8.1 and WIndows 7 in dual boot. Windows 8.1 starts without an issue, it's snappy too. Windows 7 just refuses to, I start it and then my screen goes black and my monitor stops recieving data from the PC. I used to just recover a previous install but I can't because it doesn't have any previous versions of WIndows. ANy suggestions? Windows 8.1 boots fdine it' just 7 that has issues.
