how much more is the 300r?

and linus said you can have a big radiator?

Corsair themselves says it doesn't, but maybe. You'd have to check on the price for your pcpp, I work in USD. So just filter the cases to just corsair ones, and you can easily find the price of a 300r.

the 300r is £60

this is £20 more that the 200r for watercooling

If you can't do that extra 20£, then the h80i, its the little brother to the h100i, but do not underestimate it. Its still a great cooler.

so the NZXT 530 is 8 pound more and twice the size

Than the 200r? Go for it! NZXT is also a good company.

If its a little bit more than the 300r, than probably still a good choice, lots of space, (full tower, ain't it)

Looks like a pretty nice mid-range gaming build. If you're going r7 270 right off the bat, then good, if not, and you're going to rely on the apu for a bit, see if you can find a slightly more expensive set of ram that operates at 2100mhz, as apus benefit from the extra ram speed. If you're not using an apu it doesn't make much of a difference though. (And by apu I mean the graphics part of the 7850k)

I based my build from JayTwoCent

He used a mini itx, hence the confusing i'm having with cases, is it best to go for something big or something like the 200r and do custom water later on?

Jay Two cent recommends custom water loops in this video as can add GPU to it, for this the 200R would be perfect as Linus said,

Unless you have the 400-600$(£) to do it, I reccomend not worrying about a custom loop. An AIO is far more convenient, cheaper, and only slightly warmer. If we are talking freebies, I'd go custom loop all the time, but its hella expensive, and a pain.

Edit: Hella not Bella.

As far as cases, if you want a small PV, go matx/mitx, I usually go atx, just because I Dont care about smallness. Atx is pretty much standard. But you can put an mitx/matx in an atx case.

But the thing i took from his first video is it can be done, so lets say i start with a h60 and then start to build up the kit for custom over time when parts are on sale, i'm not spending 400-600$ in one go but still having watercooling from the get go, i can get a h60 for like £35

So lets say i get my mATX motherboard and mount it in the ATX 200R  i would have loads of room for modding?

If youre dead set on a custom loop in the future, then I guess get the h60 and just use that till you can shell out the money for all the custom shiz, just know, you can't use an AIO as part of a custom loop. ( I mean like detach the pump/waterblock from the h60 and plug it into a res and pump.) I Dont typically reccomend a custom loop unless you are going overkill anyways, or want to make a showoff PC that makes everyone say "holy shit, that thing must be able to crack the NSA(MI-6?) Database in like, 5 seconds!"

Custom cooling comes down to radiator mounting points. But you would have a bit more room if you put the matx mobo into the 200r. But that'd only be beneficial for like, a little more reservoir/pump space.

Normally I'd agree but as a starter would the h60 be better than a 212 air cooler?

especially water cooled, you can mod the 200r but whats the point in buying a case to drill into?

But he 300r is £60

whereas the nzxt is only 68?

why isnt there a budget case for watercooling out there its a big market

Custom cooling? Dunno, possibly to earn more money from people that want to do it.
