SSD Problem

So my Samsung SSD has been acting up ever since I formatted it. It won't let me put windows 8.1 on it and now it won't let me put steam games on it. It will let me put the steam folder in but steam wont recognize it as a steam folder. Help?

what does Samsung Magician say, also my first EVO did this and I RMA'd it.

What is Samsung Magician? 

It's a program that you are supposed to use when you get your SSD, it optimizes the SSD and OS so it doesn't wear it out as fast it also has automatic firmware updates and alot of other handy stuff.

It's a utility.

Is there a download for this or does it come with the SSD? I can't find a download for it online and I don't think my SSD came with a disk.

I did Google Samsung Magician and all there were were PDF files...
