SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANADA AND PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS:

 

• International returns must have a commercial invoice for importation into the U.S. (used for U.S. Customs Purposes Only.)

 

• Prepare a commercial invoice for the freight carrier (Use fair market value).   Please print and fill out the Commercial Invoice found at:

• List all products being returned and include the following: Order#, Quantity of Units Returned, Product Description, Country of Origin (actual marking on product), Unit Value, and Total Value.

 

 

 

So i'm supposed to print that out and fill it in with pen? The PDF says "Sample Commercial Invoice" and there is not even room to write my address where it says "Customer Name: (Nombre del Contacto)"

It's a PDF. Also you'd think a company like Intel would have the insight to leave enough space to write your address. There is hardly enough room to write even a couple words yet alone an entire address.
