Program File Directory Issue.

I did a complete restore on my PC. Like I usually do, I switched the install directory by going into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion and changing the partitions. This usually works out but for some reason I have programs like Gyazo not installing to the right drive instead installing to OS drive and pictures wont open because it is looking for pictureviewer in the wrong drive. Anybody know how to fix issues like these?
