Set your boot priority.

tried that doesn't work

Post a screenshot of your boot priority. Phone camera works fine.

What happens when you try to boot like that? What kind of error do you get?

i dont get anything just gives me the post message (american megatrends) then press f1

Try resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery with power removed.
