I have $200 to spend I want to record mine craft. I have a monitor keyboard mouse r7 250 or 260 graphics card 500gb hard drive and a operating system.

That IMHO is the cheapest you could go that can still play minecraft on reasonable settings with good FPS.

I don't have anymore I got 300 for Christmas and I am getting a $50 case for my phone and then I am giving my friend 50 dollars for the graphics card. I might be able to go a little more. I will just get a cheaper case for my phone.

I'm pretty sure a $50 phone case is overkill...so yeah, I say get a cheaper one.

And just like that we were able to up your RAM from 4GB to 8GB, which is the sweet spot for builds like these.
Also, Minecraft can utilize the extra RAM to run smoother. There are settings to do so.

It says that the motherboard needs a bios update prior to using haswel refresh club's. How do you do the bios update.
