I'm deciding to bite the bullet and invest in a new computer. i'll be gaming on triple 1080p monitors, for reference. Here is what I was thinking:

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card (2-Way SLI)

Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case

Still haven't decided on CPU cooler, memory or PSU... my Goal is to keep it under 1600, but going over it wouldn't be too bad.

I will be OC'ing as much as possible, so whatever would be the best for that Approach.

Any help would be greatly Appreciated.

RAM is RAM so find the cheapest 2x4GB or 2x8GB kit that you like the look of(if that matters) and get it. Ignore speeds higher than 1600Mhz as the speed of the RAM is irrelevant. For cooler's you can't go wrong with a 212 evo, if you want something a bit fancier then you can get the Cryorig H5 Universal or if you want to do some serious OC'ing the Cryorig R1 Universal/Ultimate. For PSU's stick to Corsair, Cooler Master, Silverstone, Be Quiet, XFX, or Seasonic, I would recommend something in the 650w+ range.
