stress testing new gaming rig

So i just built a new gaming pc (http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/q2TPhM) and i want to stress test it, i was thinking of running prime95 for 24 hours and furmark, for 2-3, i want to start both at the same time. is it safe to do that? And i was going to monitor it all with HWmonitor. I just want to know whats safe to do and if i have the right idea. Also any AIO programs that are good for cpu/gpu usage, temp monitoring, fan control, all that good stuff?
