Before I start, I want to note that I might be on the wrong section, or possibly the wrong forum, if I am please don't be too harsh.

A few months ago my internet crashed late at night. It wasn't totally out of the ordinary, so I decided to reset the router and go to sleep. However, when I woke up the next day the internet was very strange. My NAT in CoD was now strict, along with other various issues such as requiring multiple reloads of pages for it to work, or having to reconnect to servers multiple times before it gets connects. One thing I have noticed was that once I did connect that the internet was perfectly normal for the most part. Games that I play and examples of the unusual internet connection; RotMG: sometimes requires a much longer time to load in and once I do it usually says #2048 Network error and/or the #2031 Network error. In TF2 it will simply not connect to the server unless I have tried multiple times. CoDAW has issues getting online and finding a match, along with CoDWAW which has the same issues. Another thing to note is that my internet speeds have not changed at all, still being 25 up 8-9 down. Lastly, as I have mentioned earlier, sometimes I need to reload the page multiple times for it to show up correctly.

Things I have tried:

deleting 3074 demonware port mapping

resetting modem+router

resetting them in various orders

any help AT ALL is beyond appreciated, as I don't think this is going to be a very supported topic in a forum like LTT.

My Build: 4690k @ 4.7 GHz, ASUS Strix 970 @ 1316 MHz, H105, Corsair Vengeance Pro @ 1600 MHz, H440, RM750

On the premise that I'm not an expert on this by any stretch of the imagination, it looks like it's on your ISP's side. Sometimes I get this kind of issue too. Usually it sorts itself out in a couple of days. Try contacting your ISP's support, they should be more informed about this kind of thing that I can possibly be ^^

by the way it's a good idea to always follow your topics :)

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

ive had problems similar to that a long time ago, except it happened to be the shit router that shaw gave us which overheated in minutes, and on top of that there was also isp issues once I had it back to the old router. which reminds me I need to switch back to the old one again, because router/modem combo pieces have to many problems and overheat. so try switching to different modem/router if you have a spare one lying around, it will require a call to your isp so they can enable it.
