Is this a good (adjusted overclock)

As i have said in a previous post, Planetside 2 doesnt take kindly to GPU overclocks, and i may have found the sweet spot yet again. 

I have got +225Mhz on the core and boost on afterburner on my reference 980, which was higher than my previous +188mhz.

Is this a good OC in ur opinion.

GPU: Reference GTX 970  SSD: 250GB Samsung 970 EVO.  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB. Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro. PSU: Corsair RM1000X. OS: Windows 10 Pro UEFI mode  (installed on SSD)

Peripherals:  Display: Acer XB272 1080p 240Hz G Sync Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB Brown Mouse: Logitech G502 RGB Headhet: Roccat XTD 5.1 analogue

And why does Afterburner boost my clock even further than +225 mhz on the boost, is it Auto balancing power rails. It now runs between 145-1478mhz when playing Planetside 2, it used to reach 1493 on previous overclock, and that is what IMO caused it to crash

What are voltages and temps?

+27mv on voltage (helps with coil whine and is within safe limits)

Maxed out power and temp targets: temps never get above 83 degrees celcius
