Hello. i am new to the forums so please excuse me if i post this in the wrong place. I am very knowledgeable with computers but i have been having a weird issue, which i think is CPU related. About two days ago i overclocked my CPU (AMD FX4300) to 4.1ghz without an issue, but then i started to get weird stuttering/jittering while playing games; As shown in this video:

After this i under-clocked my CPU back to its default of 3.5ghz and i am still having the same issue; i know for a fact it cant be thermal throttling because i have a brand new water cooler that i got a couple of weeks ago (It always keeps it under 35 Degrees C) And after i under-clocked it, the full lode temps were staying at 22 Decrees C. So does anyone have a clue on whats going on, Thanks.
