you are going to need a gpu to game. the 8320 is good but an i5 would be better

So i want to build a amd pc with a AMD FX-8320 and a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P motherboard

but im told that is an old cpu and mobo and that its not good for gaming and future games?

Your best bet is give us a budget and we will throw something at you that will run the best for your money.

4690k, MSI Gaming 7 and any ram that's 8gb.
