AMD dont have Turbo Mode, thats a Intel thing.  Just OC the CPU or Turn of power saving features in the BIOS

Actually it does have a Turbo mode, but it's called Turbo Core. You are right though about just overclocking.

 

OP: You should just overclock like William12h said, but make sure to turn off Turbo Core.

Then use AMD Catalyst to control the core speed... thats what i do... My APU is OC to 4.7Ghz from 3.7Ghz but makes alot of heat, so when im watching vidoes or not much i turn it down to 1700-3000Mhz. If you have AI Suit you can control the core clock speed in it too.

It is currently overclock to 4.6 on all cores seem to be stable, but i would like to lower the cpu volts and have the cpu only boost when needed.
