i dont know the prices of cpu coolers but i have a $20 bill i could give to my dad tean he can order me a cpu cooler thats $20 max so free shipping would be nice the pc i need it for is the one in my signature oh i guess i would need a tube of termal past in the $20 budget too but maybe i can get him ti get me that for free

Most coolers come with thermal paste.

Try a CM Hyper 212 Evo on Craigslist or something. It also comes with a tube of thermal paste that would last you maybe 3-4 builds depending on which method you use. (Pea size or down the line)

That seems pretty good any CPU cooler with direct touch pipes will greatly reduce the heat on the CPU
