Help Cpu at 100% when computer is idle

Fixed.  It was Presentation font cache. how to fix: Go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\ ,delete all Font*.dat and reboot.

well first of these sorts of aps were removed due to major security vulnerability and are no longer supported it could just be bugged.

 

open task manager, click show all processor for all user and see which task is taking all the cpu power.

need to know which process is using all the CPU first before anyone can really help. Can you launch the task manager, sort the list of processes by CPU (be sure to select "show processes from all users") and then see which one is using all the cpu resources?

click the CPU tab, so that we can see what program is using most of your CPU.

lots of seperate processes individually using not very many cycles but all together adding up to about 99%... Assuming you're not doing anything at all at the time this kinda of workload shouldn't tax a 3210m. You do seem to be running a lot of background services and the thread counts of some of the processes look way too high. First step should probably be a registry scan with CCleaner and check the Windows event viewer for any obvious application log errors.
