sapphire trixx is the best for overclocking a 290/x, also has fan control.

Gpu R9 290X

I want to set a custom fan curve no OC

 

 

I tried afterburner.. crash

I tried Precision X... Incompatible

I tried Asus tuner.. crash

Speedfan... no crash but doesnt apply the curve and you cant change the curve beyond 60c

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
