CPU Temperature in BIOS

When in my bios, it says my CPU Temp is 43 (and motherboard temp is 30). Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

CPU - i7-4790k

Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Evo

Motherboard - ASRock Z97 Extreme6 ATX

Perfectly normal idle temps, if you feel worried you can try to re-apply the thermal paste and see if it gives you a couple of degrees

its not that when in the bios the cpu idles at p0 or maximum performance mode it doesn't downclock until the os boots so the idle temps in the bios will always be a bit higher  this applies to both AMD and intel
