My brother just got a new computer mouse for christmas, its a steelseries sensei. The mouse works, but i cant get steelseries engine to start. Everytime i try to open it i get an error saying driver not available application will exit. The program has never worked. I have updated the firmware on the mouse, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but nothing works! This is the guide i`ve been using: http://faq.steelseries.com/questions/393/When+I+try+to+load+up+the+SteelSeries+Engine,+I+get+an+error+saying+%22Driver+not+available,+application+will+exit%22.

None of the methods used here works. Something i`ve noticed is that the guide tells you to look for SteelSeries Universal Bus Enumerator under systemdevices in device manager, but the fact is that such a thing isnt there! I have tried countless times but it never shows up!

Hope some of you guys have a solution.
