need advice on the RAM problem

I'm already running 16GB of RAM on my rendering i7 pc and it still takes 6hrs to render the animation video  on the build should I get X99 pc or just add another 16GB ram as it keep blinking low virtual  memory?

Case Fractal R5

CPU i7 4790K clocked at 4.6

motherboard Asus Gryphon Z97

Ram Kingston Fury 1866 16gb

GPU gigabyte G1 GTX 970 4gb in SLI

storage Kinston 3K 128gb SSD

storage WD green 2TB

storage 1TB Black (for games)

PSU seasonic G series 750W
