I just used the one already on it, working fine for me

I used the pre-applied compound; worked fine for me.

the preapplied thermal compound on my H100 worked just fine. it's high viscosity Shit Etsu compound as far as I know, not bad at all.

 

I used the pre-applied compound; worked fine for me. 

 

The pre-applied paste is not that bad.

I saw people removing the preapplied thermal compound and replace it with their own. Do they get better temperatures? Does actually thermal coumpound affect your temperatures?

Man those differences are so small, you won´t even notice.

Thats more for perfectionists. Just use it like that.

They might get slightly better, depending on what they used.
