Mouse Hard Reset

I bought the ROCCAT Tyon a few days ago and I have not been able to change any of the settings, profiles, or macros from my first change.  I have been in contact with ROCCAT and they got off work before they could find a solution to my problem.  I tried to see if I could fix the problem on the other computer in my house, but the same profiles seem to be saved on the mouse and I cannot change them or their contents.  So is there a way I can do some kind of hard reset of my mouse.

 

any ideas would be greatly appreciated
